This series of 27 subtle, multi-layered monotypes is named for a meeting of seekers of truth.

I create these prints layer by layer over many weeks, printing from ink rolled on to a perspex plate and responding to the found marks and variations of colour in each layer, until the layers finally merge to form a cohesive whole.  The process is both repetitive and spontaneous, consistent with a printmaker’s practice in general, and with my preference for working with what I find in the present moment.

These inherently unique but related prints reflect my view that we too, are both individual and connected.

Most of these prints were exhibited at Brunswick Street Gallery in October 2017.
